We get prompt and affordable bi-monthly rug pick up and delivery. 4 stars rather then 5 because I've had several unpleasant experiences with their customer service via phone. Never cheerful, seem disorganized and disinterested. Wish the people that answered the phone were as great as our salesman and the delivery workers!
