  The staff are extremely rude at this store, items are way over priced, and when you call and they put you on hold the phone alarms in your ear to point that you can't hold it up to your head! I ordered a fan that was on back order, which I wasn't informed of until I called them two weeks after it was supposed to arrive. Paul and Brian were both very rude in the phone and in the store when I was trying to get information about the arrival of my fan. I will never order, buy, or step foot in this store again. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone, everything they have you can find online for half the price, don't waste your time!
